Unlucky Owners of a Kitec Home

I am one of the unlucky owners of a Kitec home. Your company (MasterServ) submitted a bid to do the complete job with the promise to have the water back on same day and the entire project completed within a week. The finished product was to be so completely perfect as to be undetectable where the many holes were made on the interior of my home with paint matches so perfect that one could not discern what was the old and what was the new. New fittings, pipes, hot water heater and the works.

That is exactly what happened. In addition, they completely covered my home with plastic and with floor coverings each and every day so that there was a very minimum of dust and dirt. At the end of each day they totally vacuumed and put away everything. I could not be more pleased with the finished product nor could I imagine a cleaner less obtrusive operation.

My sincere thanks to Jose and Martin and their entire crews for making a terrible (kitec) situation as pleasant as it could possibly be. They are all expert craftsmen.

We Chose the Right Company for Kitec Repair

We want to thank MasterServ of Nevada and its employees for the repiping work recently done at our home. They made what could have been a disastrous experience into a good one.

It started with George who is an excellent representative of your company. We went with MasterServ because of the professional way George made his presentation and bid.

Jose continued to make us feel confident that we chose the right company when he visited the week before to review how the work was to be done and what needed to be moved. He was professional and patient with our questions that day as well as throughout the project.

He and his team arrived promptly Monday morning and efficiently covered our floors with canvas and went to work. At the end of each day, they cleaned, hauled the debri away and then vacuumed. You would hardly know they had been here.

Martin and his team were just as efficient in repairing the walls and ultimately painting on the following days. Jose and Martin were thorough and wanted to make sure we were happy with the work on a daily basis and during the final check of the house.

We have recommended MasterServ to our neighbors and will continue to do so.

Just Completed Repiping My Home

Having just completed the repiping of my home, I am pleased to write and tell you that my wife and I are both totally satisfied with the work that has been done.

We had anticipated a lot of confusion and dirt but, to our amazement, the workmen were very neat and when finishing an area they promptly vacuumed all the dust and dirt.

Your supervisor, Jose, was on the job when needed and always pleasant and anxious to please.
